Funeral services for Mrs. Lila Shelton Collins, age 92, of Centerville, TN was conducted on Sunday, Dec. 21, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home in Fayetteville, TN with Rev. Kirk Smith officiating.

A daughter of the late Charlie and Pearl Shelton Tucker, she was a native of Lincoln County, TN, retired from Serbin Fashions, and a member of the church of Christ.

Survivors include her son, Jerry Wayne Shelton and wife, Joyce of Cedartown; daughter-in-law, Martha Shelton; grandchildren, Regina Shelton and Ritchie Shelton and wife Nena, all of Centerville; brothers, L. D. and J. W. Tucker; sister, Virginia Parks, all of Fayetteville. In addition to her parents and first husband, she was preceded in death by her second husband, Joe Collins, son, Donnie E. Shelton, and sister Gracie Shelton.
