Mrs. Lettie B. Swafford, age 76 of Cedartown, Georgia passed away on Friday, July 19, 2019. She was born on February 21, 1943 in Rome, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late William Sterling Brown and Mary Margaret Hulsey Brown.

Mrs. Swafford is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, James H. Swafford; daughters, Leigh Ann Swafford and Suzanne Swafford; son, James Greggory Swafford; grandchild Dillon Swafford (Samantha); great-grandchildren, Kenzington Swafford, Landon Swafford, Hunter Swafford, Raegan Williams, and Rylee Williams.

Mrs. Swafford is preceded in death by her parents; and sisters, Louise Johnson and Margaret Holland.

The family of Mrs. Swafford will receive family and friends on Monday, July 22, 2019 from Six o'clock in the evening until Eight o'clock at the Gammage Funeral Home. A private family interment will be held at a later date.

The family has respectfully requested that flowers be omitted and memorial donations be made to the United States Humane Society, Dept HACDQ100904001, 1255 23rd Street, NW, Suite 450, Washington, DC 20037.
