Mr. Larry Jason Smith, age 51, of Rome, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at a local hospital.  He was the son of Diann Robinson Smith and the late Larry J. Smith.

Jason was a 1988 graduate of Cedartown High School.  Jason was employed with the Rome City School Maintenance.

Jason was preceded in death by his father, Larry J. Smith; and grandparents, Monroe and Jewell Smith and Ralph and Frances Robinson.

Jason is survived by his spouse, Brenda Rampley; son, Nick Smith (McCaela); mother, Diann Smith; brother, Scott Smith (Lynn); grandsons, Peyton Smith and Parker Smith; one nephew; several aunts and uncles; and cousins.

In accordance with his wishes he will be cremated.  A celebration of his life will be on Saturday, October 2, 2021 from two o'clock in the afternoon until five o'clock in the evening at 1674 Collard Valley Road, Cedartown, GA 30125. We welcome all his family and friends to come by and share the celebrations of his life.
