Mr. Kenneth Michael Hamilton, age 52, of Rome, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2008. He was born October 28, 1956 in Cedar Bluff, AL.

He is a veteran of the United States Air Force and an avid outdoorsman.

Mr. Hamilton is preceded in death by father, Kenneth Hamilton and his first wife, Shari Lynn Hamilton.

He is survived by wife, Susan K. Hamilton; daughter and son-in-law, Paige Michelle Treadway and Casey Garrett Treadway; step-son, Ryan A. Solusod; mother, Lillian Sanfratello Beck; sisters, Kay Luker and Lita Henderson; brothers, Ricky Hamilton, Stanley Hamilton, Dwayne Hamilton, and Gwen Hamilton. A number of nieces and nephews also survive.

In keeping with Mr. Hamilton's personal wishes, he was cremated. A memorial service will be conducted on Friday, December 19 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Beck officiating.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 19 from 2:00 until the service hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.
