Mrs. Kathryn Jolly Kerr, age 82, of Cedartown, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2008. She was born September 17, 1926 in Polk County, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Homer Jolly.

Mrs. Kerr is preceded in death by husband, Joel R. Kerr, Jr.; son, Ronald Dean Kerr; father, Homer Jolly; mother, Jennie Mae Smith Jolly; sisters, Evelyn Meadows and Diane Morris; brother, Raymond Jolly, Harold Jolly and Russell Jolly.

Mrs. Kerr is survived by daughter-in-law, Angela Kerr; granddaughters, Stephanie Rayburn and husband, Robert of Gadsden, AL and Rhonda Kerr and Jeff Peake of Winter Garden, FL; grandson, Ben Knight; granddaughter, Miranda Knight; great-grandsons, Kevin Spann and Ryan Wawsczyk; sisters, Virginia Hilburn of Pensacola, FL and Jean Sharpe of Baxley, GA; brothers, John David "Booba" Jolly, Richard Jolly both of Cedartown and Bruce Jolly of Rancho Cordova, CA.

The funeral service for Mrs. Kathryn Jolly Kerr will be conducted on Saturday, December 13, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. R. B. Hulsey officiating. The interment will follow in Northview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 12, from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the Gammage Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Kevin Spann, Ryan Wawsczyk, Ben Knight, Marty Jordan, and Tim Tatum.
