Mr. Julian M. Norris, of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2019.  He was born on June 25, 1940 in Cedartown, Georgia.  He was the son of the late Mancel and Vera Hudsputh Norris.

Mr. Norris was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cedartown and proudly served in the United States Naval Reserves.

Mr. Norris is survived by his wife, Joann Carter Norris; son, Chris Norris (Jackie); sister, Charlotte Greer (Milard); grandchildren, C.J. Norris (Amy) and Timberly Johnson; and great-granddaughter, Ila Hope Norris.

Mr. Norris was preceded in death by his parents; and daughter and son-in-law, Angie Norris Johnson and Timothy Scott "Buster" Johnson.

The funeral arrangements for Mr. Julian Norris will be held on Friday, December 27, 2019 at two o'clock in the afternoon in the Sanctuary of the First Baptist Church of Cedartown with Rev. Wayne Benefield and Mr. Barry Carr officiating. Interment will follow in the Polk Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Billy Frazier Sr. officiating.

The family of Mr. Norris will receive family and friends on Friday, December 27, 2019 from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour at First Baptist Church.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: David Frazier, Billy George Frazier, George Vann Dingler, Jeff Dingler, Dennis Carter, Randy Rutledge, Joe Carter, and Kevin Rutledge.
