Mrs. Judy Ann Parnell, age 73, of Cedartown, passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2020.  She was born on October 1, 1946, in Cedartown Georgia.  She was the daughter of the late Rev. Roscoe Hayes and Vernie Golden Hayes.

Mrs. Parnell is survived by her husband, Sammy Carl Parnell; daughters, Jada Lameka, Cassandra Thrower (Ricky) and Darlene Bradshaw (Kyle); sons, Timmy Little (Stacey), Rodney Little (Laura); and sister, Janice Williams (Ronnie). 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several other extended family members also survive.

Mrs. Parnell is preceded in death by her parents.

The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Judy Ann Parnell will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020, at eleven o'clock in the morning at the Wimberly Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Bud Davis and Rev. Robert Wright officiating. Mrs. Parnell will lie in state for one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Wimberly Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Mr. Todd Tillery officiating.

The family of Mrs. Parnell will receive family and friends on Friday, January 31, 2020 from six o'clock in the evening until eight o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Reed Little, Dylan Little, Dustin Little, Hayden Privett, David Bush, Michael Strickland, Jaybo Wagers and Dennis Stewart. LCpl. Gage Lameka will serve as an honorary pallbearer.

The family respectfully requests that flowers be omitted and memorial contributions be made to Wimberly Hill Baptist Church in her memory.
