Mr. Johnny Arthur Baker, age 66, of Rockmart, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2011. He was born on December 22, 1944, in Polk County. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sonny Aaron and Margaret Smallwood Baker.

Mr. Baker is survived by daughters, Susan Ingram and Jamie Hand; sons, Corey Baker and wife, Mardene, Sonny Baker and wife, Amanda and Wade Baker; sisters, Ann Brown, Kathy Tucker, Debbie Rayburn and Donna Sue Tucker; brothers, Donald Baker, Ronald Baker and Timmy Baker and 16 grandchildren.

Mr. Baker is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Evelyn Louise Williams Baker; brother, Billy Ray Baker and son-in-law, Richard Ingram.

The funeral arrangements for Mr. Baker will be conducted on Friday, April 15, 2011 at two o'clock in the afternoon in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Tucker officiating.

Interment will follow in the Aragon city cemetery.

The family of Mr. Baker will receive friends on Thursday, April 14, 2011 from seven o'clock in the evening until nine o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.
