Mr. John Edward Wester, age 54, of Cedartown, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2011. He was born in Marietta, Georgia on November 23, 1957.

He is preceded in death by his father, Garvin Edward Wester; and sister, Anna Marie McKibben.

Mr. Wester is survived by his wife, Shenia Darlene Eaves Wester; daughter and son-in-law, Dana Elizabeth Cushing & Tony; son and daughter-in-law, Jeremi Brooks Wester & Chelsie; mother, Louise Elizabeth Forrister Wester; sisters Melinda Glaze and Melissa Taylor; brother, Michael Wester; and two grandchildren, Cody Cushing and Nicole Cushing.


The funeral arrangements for Mr. John Edward Wester will be conducted on Tuesday January 3, 2012 at two o'clock in the afternoon in the chapel of Olin L. Gammage & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Folsom and Mr. Tim Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Eastview Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Monday, January 2, 2012 from 7:00 pm till 9:00 pm at the Gammage Funeral Home.

Michael Wester, Austin Temple, Kenneth Kimsey, Tony Cushing, David Eaves, and Matthew Glaze will serve as Pallbearers. Gary Gibson, Cody Cushing, and Elmo Williams will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.

The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for Mr. John Edward Wester.
