Mr. John Lee Dawson, age 50, of Calhoun GA, passed away on September 18, 2026. He was born in Rome, Georgia on January 26, 1976 to Johnny Lance Dawson and Gena Faye Hutto Odom.

John was loved by his two children Hannah Dawson and Mason Dawson; his mother and step father Jeff and Gena Faye Hutto Odom; his sister Autumn Dawson; step brother and sister Seth and Kayla Odom; and grandmother Bobbie Dawson.

He is preceded in death by grandparents, Faye Greenway and Glenn Hutto.

In keeping with John’s wishes, his body was cremated. A private service will be held at a later time.
