Ms. Jo Ann Wright Shellhorse, age 72 of Cedartown, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016. She was born on May 31, 1943 in Polk County. She was the daughter of the late Cecil W. Wright and Jessie Collins Wright.

Ms. Shellhorse is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Brad and Dana Shellhorse; sisters, Joan Satterfield, Cathy Beck, Dawn Abney and Kim Shubert; grandchildren, Megan NeSmith (Justin); Blake Shellhorse; Evan Womack (Lauren) and Ethan Womack (Patricia) and great-grandchildren, Matthew, Henlee, Ella, Emma, Remi, Jaxson and Silas.

Ms. Shellhorse is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Cecil Howard Shellhorse.

The funeral arrangements for Ms. Jo Ann Wright Shellhorse will be conducted on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at eleven o'clock in the morning in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Tucker and Rev. Tony Shubert officiaiting. Interment will follow in the Northview Cemetery.

The family of Ms. Shellhorse will receive family and friends on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 from six o'clock in the evening until nine o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Blake Shellhorse, Justin NeSmith, Evan Womack, Ethan Womack, Tripp Lanham and Garyson Lanham.
