Mr. Jimmy Dale Richardson, age 75, of Rockmart, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2016. He was born on January 21, 1941 in Cleveland, Alabama. He was the son of the late Harvey and Lizzie Moss Richardson.

Mr. Richardson is survived by his wife, Maggie Forhand Hill Richardson; son, Doug Richardson; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Richardson is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Anne Richardson and Louise Winslette and brothers, Walter Richardson and D.L. Richardson.

In keeping with Mr. Richardson's wishes' he was cremated. A graveside memorial service will be held on Monday, October 10, 2016 at two o'clock in the afternoon at Polk Memory Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Benefield officiating.

The family has requested that flowers are to be omitted; however, memorial donations can be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Mr. Jimmy.
