Mr. Jimmy Earl Dawson, age 54 of Cedartown, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016. He was born on April 26, 1962 in Fulton County. He was the son of the late Bud Earl Dawson and Frances McClain Parrish.

Mr. Dawson was a United States Navy Veteran.

Mr. Dawson is survived by his wife, Rebecca Ann Langston Dawson; daughter, Virginia Faye Dawson; son, Jacob Elijah Dawson and brother, David Dawson.

Mr. Dawson is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sandra Lawonne Jacobo.

In keeping with Mr. Dawson's wishes' he was cremated. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
