Mr. Jimmy Charles "Chuck" Dawson, age 56 of Rockmart, Georgia, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024.  He was born on October 10, 1967 in Rome. He was the son of Mr. Charles "Cobby" and Dot Dawson.

Mr. Dawson is survived by his parents; wife, Teresa Moore Dawson; son, Jimmy Levi Dawson; daughter, Rendi Leigh Dawson; sister, Laura Dawson Watts (Jason); grandchildren, Brileigh Elizabeth Biddy and Bailey Anne Biddy; and nephew, Kolby Dawson Watts.

The funeral arrangements for Mr. Dawson will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at two o'clock in the afternoon in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Slaughter and Rev. Danny Tucker officiating.  Interment will follow in the Northview Cemetery.

The family of Mr. Dawson will receive family and friends on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 from six o'clock in the evening until eight o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Jimmy Levi Dawson, Kolby Watts, Robby Hammrick, Doug Singleton, Sr., Bobby Williams, Nathan Biddy, Jamie Moody and Thomas Wilson.  Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Shoeman, John Brown, Doug Singleton, Jr., and Jason Watts.
