Obituary

Ms. Jettie Geneva Anne Knight Glenn, "Momma Dot", age 101, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2012. She was born on September 29, 1910 in Polk County; she was the daughter of the late Robert Cleveland and Ada Bell Kirk Knight.

Ms. Glenn is survived by her son-in-law, Dewain Campbell; daughters-in-law, Betty Glenn and Mae Frith; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.

Ms. Glenn is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Seals T. Glenn, Sr.; children, Richard Glenn, Seals T. "Pete" Glenn, Jr., Mary B. Campbell; 12 brothers and sisters and daughter-in-law, Hester Glenn.

The funeral arrangements for Ms. Glenn will be conducted on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at two o'clock in the afternoon in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Wegner officiating and Mrs. Meka Benefield delivering the eulogy.

Interment will follow in the Youngs Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family of Ms. Glenn will receive family and friends on Saturday, February 18, 2012 from one o'clock in the afternoon until the funeral hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Ricky Glenn, Richard Glenn, Mark Glenn, Jon Glenn, Alan Glenn, Dennis Campbell, Larry Campbell and John Benefield.
