Mr. Jerry Mitchell Sanford, age 61, of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021.  He was born on February 13, 1960 in Cedartown, Georgia. He was the son of the late Howard Watson Sanford and Agnes Inez Carter Sanford.

Mr. Sanford was a Cedartown High School Graduate Class of 1978, he was also a member of Youngs Grove Baptist Church.

Mr. Sanford is survived by his sisters, Susan Barker (Mike) and Lynn Bradshaw; brother, Steve Sanford; nephews, Jeff, and Casey; and special sister, Dee Dimou.

Mr. Sanford is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Charles Sanford.

In keeping with Mr. Sanford's wishes, he was cremated.  A celebration of life will be held for Mr. Sanford on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at five o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Diggs officiating.

The family will receive family and friends on Saturday, October 9, 2021 from four o'clock in the afternoon until the celebration of life service at the Gammage Funeral Home.
