Mrs. Janis Sue Diggs Wallace, age 66, of Rockmart, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday July 2, 2025. She was born on August 30, 1958 in Hutchinson, Kansas. She was the daughter of the late Ellis Wayne Diggs Sr. and Iva Mae Mooney Diggs.

Mrs. Wallace is survived by her husband, David Wayne Wallace; sons, Joey Davis (Jessica) and Matt Davis; sister, Karen Ann Miller; brothers, Ellis (Sonny) Wayne Diggs Jr., Ronald Eugene Diggs, Sammy Jack Diggs, Darrell Gail Diggs, David LeRoy Diggs and Kenneth Duane Diggs; grandchildren, Kylee Davis (Luke Muffley), Blayton Davis, Eathyn Davis and Eyn Davis. Many nieces, nephews and other extended family also survive.

Mrs. Wallace is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Patricia Kay Baker; and brother, Raymond Paul Diggs.

The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Wallace will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 1 o'clock in the afternoon in the sanctuary of 101 Church located at, 101 New Prospect Rd, Aragon, GA 30104, with Pastor James Cordell officiating.  Interment will follow in the family lot of the Polk Memory Gardens Cemetery.

The family of Mrs. Wallace will receive family and friends on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 from 5 o'clock in the afternoon until 7 o'clock in the evening at the Olin L Gammage & Sons Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Brett Childers, David Thornton, Josh Gallups, Paul Wilder, Josh Gibson, Billy Doster.
