Ms. Jane Alred Warren, age 72, of Cedartown, passed away on Friday, March 23, 2012. She was born on December 28, 1939 in Gainsville, GA. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George W. and Lexie May Goggins Alred.

Ms. Warren is survived by her son, James Steven Backers; daughter, Cynthia Jane Sanders; four grandchildren, Megan Brooke Mancera, Audra Alyssa Backers, Micah Steven Backers and Noah James Backers; one great-granddaughter, Emily Morgan Mancera; sister, Joan A. Jackson and several nieces and nephews.

Ms. Warren is preceded in death by her parents; infant daughter; sisters, Martha Jean McDowell, Sara Jo Bradshaw and an infant sister and brothers, George Hall Alred and Fred Alred.

The funeral arrangements for Ms. Warren will be conducted on Monday, March 26, 2012 at two o'clock in the afternoon in the Gammage Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Teddy Harris officiating.

The family of Ms. Warren will receive family and friends on Sunday, March 25, 2012 from six o'clock in the evening until nine o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen have been asked to serve as pallbearers; Kenneth Wayne Alfred, Zack Alred, Kevin Lee Hill, Gene Carter, Johnny Bradshaw, Lonny Jackson, Daniel Willingham and Dale Willingham.
