Mrs. Jane Ellen Teat Osborne, age 78 of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025.  She was born on May 24, 1947 in Cedartown, Georgia.  She was the daughter of the late John N. and Martha Baker Teat.

Mrs. Osborne is survived by her husband, Phillip Osborne; sons, Shawn Smith (Angela), Kelly Smith (Jancy), Joseph Osborne (Staci), James Osborne (Elizabeth) and Jason Osborne (Amee); sister, Carole Thornton (Bob); eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

A graveside service for Mrs. Osborne will be held on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 1:30 in the afternoon in the family lot of Polk Memory Gardens Rev. Wayne Benefield officiating.

The family of Mrs. Osborne will receive family and friends on Monday, June 16, 2025 from eleven o'clock in the morning until one o'clock in the afternoon at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Joseph Osborne, James Osborne, Jason Osborne and Logan Smith.  Honorary pallbearer will be David Garrett.
