Mr. James Leon Corn age 63 of Cedartown passed away Saturday September 1, 2007. He was born September 19, 1943 in Polk County.

Mr. Corn was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. James Edward "Son" Corn and Mrs. Velma Packer Corn; two sisters, Linda Corn , and Frances Corn; brother, Bobby Corn.

He is survived by wife, Joan Odom Corn; daughter & son-in-law, Dana and Jimmy Head; son and daughter-in-law, Neil and Angie Corn; two brothers Tony and Donnie Corn; four grandsons, Lance Head, Zachary Head, Ramsey Corn, and Baxley Corn.

The family will receive friends Friday, September 7, 2007 from 6 until 8 PM at the Olin L Gammage & Sons Funeral Home.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

The family has requested that flowers be omitted and donations made to Our House, P.O. Box 1647, Cedartown Georgia 30125.

The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for Mr. James Leon Corn.
