Mr. James Keith Richards, age 50 of Cedartown, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2013. He was born on June 14, 1963 in Polk County. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. James and Linda Odom Richards.

Mr. Richards is survived by his parents; wife, Michelle Howard Richards and son, Cody Richards.

The funeral arrangements for Mr. Richards will be conducted on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at eleven o'clock in the morning in the Gammage Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Anthony Osborne and Rev. Nancy F. English officiating. Interment will follow in the Polk Memory Gardens Cemetery.

The family of Mr. Richards will receive family and friends on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 from six o'clock in the evening until nine o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen have been asked to serve as pallbearers; Glenn Vinson, Kevin Wallace, Shawn Perez, Rodney McFall, Walter "Mac" McNabb and Chris Warren. Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Roberson, Kenny Carnes, Greg Hilyer and the guys from "Da Band".

Flowers are being accepted; however no potted plants please. Also memorial donations can be made to one of the following, The Cancer Navigators of Rome, 310 W. 10th Street, Rome, GA 30165 or Lindsey Chapel Methodist Church, 106 Abner Drive, Cedartown, GA 30125.
