Mr. James Aaron Johnson, age 63, of Summerville, Georgia, formerly of Cedartown, passed away on Friday, November 30, 2007. He was born February 29, 1944 in Cobb County. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

Mr. Johnson is preceded in death by father, Mr. Hubert (Frank) Johnson, Sr.; mother, Mrs. Miriam Ritch Johnson; brother, J. W. Johnson.

He is survived by sons, Mr. James Richard Johnson, Mr. Joseph Aaron Johnson, and Mr. Robert Daniel Johnson; sisters, Frances Shekell, Janice Welchel, Carol Green, and Barbara Woody; brothers, Hubert Johnson, Grady Johnson, Bobby Johnson, and Terry Johnson. Grandsons, Brandon and Josh Johnson; several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews also survive.

The graveside service for Mr. James Aaron Johnson will be conducted on Monday, December 3, at 4:00 p.m. at Polk Memory Gardens with Rev. Larry Ritch officiating. The American Legion Brewster-Cleveland Post #86 Honor Guard will conduct full military rites.

The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for Mr. James Aaron Johnson.
