Mr. James Howard Eubanks, age 89, of Tallapoosa, passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018. He was born on August 24, 1928 in Gillham, Arkansas. He was the son of the late Osburn and Beryl Mabry Eubanks.

He is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Sharon Eubanks Garner (Joe) and Peggy Eubanks Dempsey; son, James F. Eubanks; grandchildren, Heather Kreider, Emily Dempsey, Amanda Kent, Audrey England, Josh Garner, and Jay Garner; numerous great-grandchildren also survive.

Mr. Eubanks is preceded in death by his parents, and brother Loyd Eubanks.

The funeral arrangements for Mr. Eubanks will be conducted on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 2 o'clock in afternoon from the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Leon Allen and Mr. Wilbur Lancaster officiating. Interment will follow in the Steadman Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family of Mr. Eubanks will receive family and friends on Wednesday, April 4 2018 from 6 o'clock in the evening until 8 o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Jeremy Eubanks, Josh Garner, Jay Garner, Chase Garner, Chris Kreider, and Thomas Hood.
