James E. "Buddy" Cuzzort, age 70, passed away on December 25, 2012. He was born on July 28, 1942 in Cedartown, Georgia.

Mr. Cuzzort is survived by his mother, Lila Mae Collins; wife, Brenda Cuzzort; daughters, Wanda Hawkins & David, Sharon Hutcheson & Alan; son, Ricky Cuzzort; step sons, Jeremy Welchel & Vicki, Jarrod Welchel & Monika; sister, Vera Ramey; brother, Denny Cuzzort; grandchildren, Brittnay Bennett & Eric, Chris Hawkins, Colton Hutcheson, Lila Hutcheson; step grandchildren, Chyenne Welchel, Sidnee Welchel, Preston Welchel, Wesley Smith, Jeremey Smith; great grandchildren, Mason Bennett, Bryson Bennett; and step great grandchildren, Alexis Smith, Madyson Smith, Emma Smith, and Bella Smith.

Mr. Cuzzort is preceded in death by his father, James T. Cuzzort; and sisters, Kathleen Lewellen and Margie Woods.

The funeral arrangements for Mr. James E. "Buddy" Cuzzort will be conducted on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at three o'clock in the afternoon in the Gammage Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Tucker officiating. Interment will follow in the Polk Memory Gardens.

The family of Mr. Cuzzort will receive family and friends on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 from six o'clock in the evening until nine o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Robi Ramey, Justin Ramey, Joey Cuzzort, Chris Hawkins, Eric Bennett, Paul Haney, and Denny Cuzzort. Honorary pallbearers are Jonathan Stitt, Mr. Pachel, John Mann, Wesley Bell, Ricky Lankford, John Bailey, Gene Littlefield, Justin Bullard (Spanky), and all the "airport bums".
