Mr. James David Coleman, age 66 of Cedartown, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2016. He was born on December 29, 1949 in Cedartown. He was the son of the late James Fred and Lois Mae Sheets Coleman.
Mr. Coleman is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Martha Houston Coleman; daughter, Melissa Streetman (Ervin); son, Chris Coleman (Alisha); and five grandchildren, Brittany Streetman, Joshua Streetman, April Streetman, James Coleman, and Addison Coleman; and great-grandchild Kylen Maulding.
The funeral arrangements for Mr. James D. Coleman will be conducted on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at eleven o'clock in the morning at Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Tucker, Rev. Billy Vines, and Rev. Jonathan Wilson officiating.
Interment will follow in the Polk Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Rev. Jason Slaughter officiating, military rites will be conducted by Brewster-Cleveland American Legion Post #86.
The family of Mr. Coleman will receive family and friends on Monday, October 17, 2016 from five o'clock in the evening until seven o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.
The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Casey Lyal, Jonathan Bishop, Jerry Jones, Shane Streetman, Timothy Hayes, and Jeff Arnold. Joshua Streetman and James C. Coleman will be serving as honorary pallbearers.
