Mr. James Michael Bell, age 67, of Wichita, Kansas, formerly of Cedartown, passed away on Friday, July 6, 2012. He was born on August 6, 1944 in Kansas.

Mr. Bell is survived by his mother and step-father, Virginia Guffin Zell and Don Zell; daughter, Diana Hernandez; sister, Julie Brack; brothers, Jack Bell and Rev. Jerry Bell; three grandchildren, Taia Cordova, Gina Mansuri, and James Bell and eleven great-grandchildren.

Mr. Bell is preceded in death by his father, Verlin Bell; wife, Sadie Bell (Senaida Maestas); brother, John Bell and grandparents, Bill and Bessie Guffin, and Arlie and Lucy Bell.

The funeral service for Mr. Bell will be conducted on Friday, July 13, 2012 at two o'clock in the afternoon at Friendly Baptist Church with Rev. R. B. Hulsey, Rev. Trey Jones, and Rev. Barry Gay officiating. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the funeral hour.

Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery.

The family of Mr. Bell will receive family and friends on Thursday, July 12, 2012 from six o'clock in the evening until eight o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; James Bell, Lonnie Nale, Giovanni Garcia and Jerome Smith.
