Mr. James Winfred Beck, Sr., age 73 of Cedartown passed away January 8, 2006. He was born on October 6, 1932 in Polk County.

He is preceded in death by parents, J.D. and Lucille Beck; son, Terry Wayne Beck and brother, Charles D. Beck.

Surviving are wife, Nira Jean Beck; two daughters, Alisha Hooper and Latrica Gill; five sons, Jamie Beck, Ronnie Beck, Donnie Beck, Danny Beck and Lewis Beck and a brother, Jerry Ray Beck. Also surviving are fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.

The funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, January 10th at 2:00PM in the Chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Anthony Trawick officiating. Interment will follow in Jackson's Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday, January 9th from 6:00PM until 9:00PM at Gammage Funeral Home.
