Mr. James Jeffrey Addison, age 46, of Atlanta, formerly of Cedartown, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2005. He was born June 24, 1959 in Birmingham, AL.

Mr. Addison was a member of the 1977 graduating class of Cedartown High School. He furthered his education at Jacksonville State University and received a Bachelors' Degree in Accounting. Mr. Addison served in the United States Navy where he was a graduate of Officers' Candidates' School in Newport, RI.

Mr. James Jeffrey Addison is survived by his parents, James and Shirley Spearman Addison of Cedartown; sister and brother-in-law, Juana and Terry Brumbelow of Rockmart; brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Amy Addison of Cedartown; nieces Maria Addison and Amanda Culver; nephews Jake Addison and Blake Brumbelow.

A memorial service will be conducted on Sunday, December 18th at 2 o'clock at Anna Kresge Memorial United Methodist Church with the Rev. John Giglio officiating. Interment will follow in the Felton Methodist Church Cemetery in Felton, GA.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 1 o'clock until 2 o'clock at the Anna Kresge Memorial United Methodist Church.

The family has requested in lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution be made to Anna Kresge Memorial United Methodist Church Building Fund.
