Mr. Jacob Maxwell, age 21 of Piedmont, Alabama, passed away on Sunday,
July 23, 2017. He was born on May 30, 1996 in Rome, GA.
He was the son of Chuck and Tina Maxwell.

Jacob is survived by his parents, daughter; Amaya Maxwell, brother; Timothy Maxwell, his grandparents; Paul and Wynette White and Barbara Maxwell.

Jacob is preceded in death by his grandfather, Gene Maxwell, aunts; Lisa White and Donna Hogue, uncles; Tony Maxwell and Ricky Maxwell, and a cousin, Tyler Williams.

The service for Mr. Jacob Maxwell will be conducted on Wednesday, July 26th, at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Harrell officiating. Internment will follow at Northview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 25th, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Olin L. Gammage & Sons Funeral Home.

The following gentleman will serve as pallbearers; Mitch White, Ryan McCord, Jody Maxwell, Steven Maxwell, Cole Maxwell, and Andrew McLarty. Honorary Pallbearers are Cory Lindsey, Tim Maxwell and Michael Shaw
