Irene Katherine Mobbs Hill's Obituary
Mrs. Irene Katherine Mobbs Hill, age 82 of Esom Hill passed away Sunday, May 14, 2006. She was born on December 4, 1923 in Floyd County.
She is preceded in death by husband, Herman Hill and parents, Ralph and Lela Mobbs.
Mrs. Hill is survived by sisters, Jo Ingram, Edith Alma Kines, Margie O'Neal, Joann Gable and Patricia Smith; brothers, Marvin C. Mobbs, Houston Mobbs, and John L. Mobbs. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be conducted on May 17th at 2:00PM in the Chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Royce Campbell and Rev. Mark Purser officiating. Interment will follow in Northview Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 16th from 7:00PM until 9:00PM at Gammage Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are DeWayne Williams, Sammy Pointer, Shawn Mobbs, Kevin Mobbs, Chris Mobbs and Garrik Gable.
The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Fuenral Home has charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Irene Katherine Mobbs Hill.
