Infant, Jacob Malachi Hitchcock, son of, Ms. Christy Lynn Hitchcock, passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2011.
Jacob Malachi Hitchcock is survived by his mother, Christy Lynn Hitchcock; sisters, Jasmine Williams and Chastity Hitchcock; brothers, Edgar Suazo, Christopher Suazo and Elijah Hitchcock; aunts, Samantha Rodriguez, Jessica Smith and Misty Ballew; grandmothers, Gladys Ballew and Lucille Hitchcock; step-grandmother, Betty Smith and step-grandfather, Richard Smith.
Jacob Malachi Hitchcock is preceded in death by his uncle, Chad Smith; grandfather, Ronald Van Hitchcock and great-grandmother, Elizabeth Ballew.
A graveside service will be conducted on Thursday, March 3, 2011 at eleven o'clock in the morning at New Harmony cemetery with Dr. Jerry Buttrum officiating.
Interment will follow in the New Harmony cemetery.
