Mr. Hulid Donnie Lewis, age 62, of Cedartown, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2016. He was born on August 19, 1953 in Polk County. He was the son of the late Hulid Don Lewis and Sandra Simpson Lewis.

Mr. Lewis is survived by his son, Jason Lewis; sister, Vickie Lewis Frasier; and uncles and aunts, Betty Lewis Boyd, Beatrice Lewis Eggnot, Eloise Smith, Buford Lewis and Hubert Lewis.

Mr. Lewis is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Charles Scott Lewis, and Curtis Lewis.

In keeping with Mr. Lewis' wishes he was cremated. A memorial service for Mr. Hulid Donnie Lewis will be conducted on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at seven o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Benefield officiating.

The family of Mr. Lewis will receive family and friends on Thursday, March 24, 2016 from six o'clock in the evening until the memorial service hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.
