Mr. Hermon Jerone Jackson, Sr. age 80 of Cedartown, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2015. He was born on January 22, 1935. He was the son of the late Taylor Austin Jackson, Sr. and Alice Dean Jackson.

Mr. Jackson is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Jerone and Vida Jackson; grandson, Dylan Jackson (Cindy); sister, Annie Mae Kelly and great-granddaughter, Remy Jackson.

Mr. Jackson is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Ruth Nation and Dot Adams; brother, Taylor Austin Jackson, Jr. and grandson, Ryan Jackson.

A graveside service for Mr. Hermon Jerone Jackson, Sr. will be conducted on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at eleven o'clock in the morning in the Northview Cemetery with Rev. Leon Allen officiating.

The family of Mr. Jackson will receive family and friends on Friday, October 2, 2015 from six o'clock in the evening until eight o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.
