Mrs. Helga Weitbrecht McKibben, age 82 of Cedartown, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. She was born May 31, 1940 in Germany.  She was the daughter of the late Rudolf and Josephine Schultes Weitbrecht.

Mrs. McKibben is survived by her daughters, Carmen Samaras, Tammy Norris, Susie Brannon (Wayne Davis), and Becky Hiett; sons, James McKibben (Tracey), Donnie McKibben, and Ricky McKibben (Lisa); sister, Irmgard Armstrong; 14 grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren.

Mrs. McKibben is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Larry McKibben; daughter-in-law, Dominique McKibben; son-in-law, Taso Samaras; grandson-in-law, Michael Dean; and great-grandson, Hayden Dean.

The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Helga McKibben will be held on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at three o'clock in the afternoon in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Brian Crisp officiating.  In keeping with Mrs. McKibben's wishes, she will be cremated after the funeral service.

The family of Mrs. McKibben will receive family and friends on Sunday, April 2, 2023 from one o'clock in the afternoon until the funeral service hour at Gammage Funeral Home.
