Mrs. Helen May Hill, age 88 of Cedartown, passed away Friday, October 19, 2012. She was born on June 9, 1924 in Polk County, Georgia to the late Clyde May, Sr. and Rovine Stephens May.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond P. Hill; sister, Odessa Knight, 2 brothers, Clyde May, Jr. and Billy May.

Mrs. Hill is survived by daughter, Lynn Baldwin; son, Dennis Hill; brothers, Jimmy May and Buford May; grandchildren, Scott and Leasa Hill, Amy Durfey, Anne and Ben Straub, Jason King, Leslie Baldwin, Jennifer Gammage; great grandchildren, Dylan, David, Matthew, Hailey, Emilyann, Nicholas, Susan, Alyssa, Riley, Isabella, Beau, Kassie, Caroline, Gus Robert, Emilee-Grace, and Jonalynn Zuker.

The funeral service for Mrs. Hill will be conducted on Sunday, October 21st at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Tucker officiating. Interment will follow in the family plot at Greenwood Cemetery.

Scott May, Greg May, Joey May, Mike May, Bob Smith, and Larry Peek will serve as Pallbearers.

The family will receive friends on Sunday October 21st from 12:00 – 2:00 at the funeral home.
