Helen Virginia Gann, age 90, of Cedartown, passed away on Friday, December 14, 2012. She was born on September 8, 1922 in Cedartown, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Green and Mammie Shadrick Green.

Mrs. Gann is survived by daughters, Sherryl Gann O'Donnell, Karen Gann Wells, & Barbara Annette Gann; sons, Kenneth Ray Gann, Dennis Joe Gann, Darryl Thomas Gann; sister, Betty Green Drosakis; 11 Grandchildren, and 5 Great Grandchildren.

Mrs. Gann is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thurman Gann; and son, Gayland Thurman Gann.

The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Gann will be conducted on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at Three o'clock in the afternoon in the Chapel of Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Vines officiating. Interment will follow Polk Memory Gardens Cemetery.

The family of Mrs. Gann will receive family and friends on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 from 2:30 until 3:00 in the afternoon at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following men will serve as pallbearers; Tony Summerville, Donny Hilliard, Matt Gann, Scott Gann, Brian Gann, and Mark Benefield. Honorary Pallbearers are Phillip Gann, Keith Brannon, and Michael Gann.
