Mrs. Hazel Josephine Smith, age 70, of Cedartown passed away October 13, 2005. She was born on May 11, 1935 in Polk County.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James Bowen and Flora Rudeseal; and her husband, Joe Lee Smith.
She is survived by a daughter, Glenda Vaugh.
A private memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Hazel Josephine Smith.
