Mr. H.V. Frasier, Age 80, of Cedartown, Georgia passed away March 11, 2005. He was born on February 22, 1925 in Dekalb County, Alabama.

Mr. Frasier is preceded in death by his Parents, Mr. John Roy Frasier and Mrs. Vera Wilson Maxwell.

He is survived by Two Sons, Glen Ray Frasier and James E. Frasier, a Sister, Hazel Turner, Five Grandchildren, Clint Frasier, John Frasier, Ricky Peck, Heather Turner and Robin Forston, Also surviving are Five Great Grandchildren.

The Family will receive friends Sunday, March 13, 2005 from 7:00PM until 9:00PM at the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home.

The Funeral Service for Mr. H.V. Frasier will be conducted Monday, March 14th at 11:30AM with the Dr. David Taylor in the Chapel at the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home. Internment will follow at the Robinson Chapel Cemetery in Rainsville, Alabama.

Pallbearers are Drew Forston, John Frasier, Richard Peck, James Davis, Joey Clark, and Heath Holland.

The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home of Cedartown, Georgia has charge of the arrangements for Mr. H.V. Frasier.
