Mr. Gregory E. East, age 56 of Cedartown, passed away on Friday, August 29, 2014. He was born on September 5, 1958. He was the son of Walton William & Helen Sanders East.

Mr. East is survived by his mother, Helen Sanders East; son, Adam East; Sister, Ann East Arnold; brother, Larry E. East; and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. East is preceded in death by his father, Walton William East.

The funeral arrangements for Mr. East will be conducted on Sunday, August 31st , 2014 at 2:00 in the afternoon in the Chapel of Olin L. Gammage & Sons Funeral Home with Bishop Neil Harper officiating. Interment will follow in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family of Mr. East will receive family and friends on Saturday, August 30th, 2014 from Seven o'clock until Nine o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Randy East, Jody Coulter, Scott Seabolt, Jimmy Austin, Mitch Hanson, Ray Fraisure.

The family will receive flowers or donations to the Rome Cancer Center. Military rites will be conducted by the Brewster-Cleveland American Legion Post #86 Honor Guard.
