Mr. Gordan Patrick Hampton, Jr. of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at the age of 70. He was born on November 22, 1944, in Cedartown Georgia. He was the son of the late Gordan and Effie Lee Hampton.

Mr. Hampton is survived by his brother, Wilbert Holcomb Hampton; sister, Myra Camp; eleven nieces and nephews; sixteen great nieces and nephews; twenty-nine great, great nieces and nephews; and two great, great, great nieces.

Mr. Hampton is preceded in death by his mother and father; his sister EmmaJean Hampton Presley; brothers, Benjamin, Norman, and Paul Hampton.

The funeral service for Mr. Gordan Patrick Hampton, Jr. will be conducted on Friday, October 9, 2015 at eleven o'clock in the morning at the Gammage Funeral Home chapel with Reverend Randy Meeker and Reverend Roger Parris officiating.

The family of Gordan Patrick Hampton, Jr. will receive family and friends on Thursday, October 8, 2015 from six o'clock in the evening until eight o'clock in the evening at Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Lee Presley, A.J. Presley, Randy Presley, T.J. Presley, John Presley, and Eddie Booth.
