Ms. Glenda Sue Gibson Worthington, age 77 of Cedartown, Georgia, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 13, 2021. She had battled COPD and Dementia for a long time.  She is finally now at peace.  Please keep our family in your prayers.  She was born on March 23, 1943 in Fort Payne, Alabama.  She was the daughter of the late Houston and Annie Irene Walker Gibson.

Ms. Worthington is survived by her daughter, Tina Womack (Gary); sister, Carolyn Gibson; grandchildren, Chad Womack and Craig Womack; and great-grandchild, Carter Ray Womack.

Ms. Worthington is preceded in death by her parents, and daughter, Kim Norris.

In keeping with Ms. Worthington's wishes, she was cremated.  The family of Ms. Worthington will have a private memorial service.
