Mrs. Geraldine Gilliam Sloman, age 82, of Cedartown, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2015. She was born on July 7, 1933, in Cedartown, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Albie and Julia Grace Weaver Gilliam.

Mrs. Sloman is survived by her husband, Gerald Owen Sloman; children and their spouses, Teresa Treglown and Mark, David Sloman and Serena, Charlotte Pilgrim and Lamar and Tracy Clemons and Jim; sister, Jackie Watts; brother, Jerry Gilliam; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Geraldine Gilliam Sloman will be conducted on Friday, November 6, 2015 at two o'clock in the afternoon in the Chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Colt Deems officiating. Interment will follow in the Polk Memory Gardens Cemetery.

The family of Mrs. Sloman will receive family and friends on Thursday, November 5, 2015 from five o'clock in the evening until eight o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Brent Sloman, Carey Pilgrim, Charlie Stroup, Casey Glen, Doug Burnette and Benjamin McClain. Honorary pallbearer will be Mark Treglown.

The family is accepting flowers; however, memorial donations can be made to The Friendship Baptist Church, Rockmart, GA 30153.
