Mr. Gary Kenneth Rhoden, age 61, of Cedartown, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2014. He was born on July 26, 1952, in St. Charles, Missouri. He was the son of Mr. Ralph Rhoden and Mrs. Shirley Miller Rhoden.

Mr. Rhoden was a United States Navy Veteran.

Mr. Rhoden is survived by his parents; daughter, Amber Rhoden; son, Ahren Rhoden; step-daughter, Susan May; step-sons, Michael May and Reed May; sisters, Shelia Burns, Linda Hahne (Bruce) and Gina Rhoden; companion and best friend, Debra May and 11 grandchildren.

In keeping with Mr. Rhoden's wishes he was cremated. A memorial service for Mr. Rhoden will be conducted on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at two o'clock in the afternoon in the Gammage Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Reed May officiating. Military Rites will be conducted by the Brewster-Cleveland American Legion Post #86 Honor Guard.

The family of Mr. Rhoden will receive family and friends on Saturday, February 8, 2014 from one o'clock in the afternoon until the memorial service hour at the funeral home.

Flowers are to be omitted; however, memorial donations can be made to your favorite animal shelter.
