Mr. Gary Todd Carroll, age 50, of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2010. He was born on October 8, 1960 in Cedartown to the late Mr. Ernest Clifford "Billy" Carroll, Jr. and Mrs. Mary Odessa May Carroll Knight.

Mr. Carroll enjoyed traveling, antiquing with his mother and cooking. He was a beloved son, brother and uncle. He adored his little companion, his golden retriever "Fancy".

Mr. Carroll is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Trudy Carroll Boyd and Carlton Hugh Boyd, Jr. and nieces, Erin Casey and Courtney Boyd, as well as nieces, Kelly Sharpe and Marty Marrs and one nephew, Stacey Purcell.

Mr. Carroll is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Clifford "Billy" Carroll, Jr. and Mary Odessa May Carroll Knight; sister, Diane Purcell and step-father; Jewell Emmanuel Knight.

A graveside service for Mr. Carroll will be conducted on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at eleven o'clock in the morning at Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Benefield officiating.

Interment will follow at the Greenwood Cemetery.

The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for Mr. Gary Todd Carroll.
