Mrs. Frances Elizabeth Lockridge Landers, age 95 of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2019.  She was born on August 12, 1924 in Polk County.  She was the daughter of the late Tom and Nell McCain Lockridge.

Mrs. Landers was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She will be best remembered by her family for the great love she had for them all, her contagious laughter and her devotion to the Atlanta Braves.  Mrs. Landers grew up in Cedartown, where she met William C. Landers, to whom she was married for 60 years prior to his death in 2001.

Mrs. Landers is survived by her sister, Betty L. Thompson (Coy); daughter, Carolyn Landers Grogan; son, Kenneth C. Landers (Linda); son-in-law, James "Dink" Reeves; grandchildren, Wendy Grogan Dupes (Alan), Laurie Grogan Provin (Dennis), D. Michael Grogan (Beth), Kristy Landers Fuell, Scott Landers (LeAnne), Dawn Reeves and Jeffrey Reeves (Amanda), as well as numerous great and great great- grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Landers is preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Charles Landers; daughter, Susan Landers Reeves; granddaughter, Lisa Reeves; siblings, Adell Kelly, Bill Lockridge, John (Jay) Lockridge and Perry W. Lockridge; son-in-law, Donald Grogan; and grandson-in-law Greg Fuell.

A graveside service for Mrs. Frances Elizabeth Lockridge Landers will be held on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 1:30pm in the Northview Cemetery with Mrs. Laurie Provin and Mr. Alan Dupes officiating.
