Mrs. Evelyn Marie Ford, 69, passed away Friday, May 9, 2008 after an extended illness. She was born September 17, 1938.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim Andy Woods, Sr. and Lula Fednander Woods. She was also preceded in death by first husband, Franklin Forrister and seven brothers and sisters.

Mrs. Ford is survived by husband, John Lawson Ford and Daughters, Marie Kay Clark, Frankie Lynn Young, and Tammy Gail Wigley. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

The visitation for Mrs. Ford will be held Sunday, May 11, 2008 from 6 - 9 p.m. at the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home.

The funeral will be conducted on Monday, May 12, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Dr. James Guy officiating. Interment will follow in the Wimberly Hill Cemetery.

The following gentlemen are pallbearers, Ben Clark, Michael Shaw, Nathan Wigley, Tony Garmon, Larry Jones, Jr., Donnie Spradlen, Jr. and Jesse Young.
