Ms. Eunice Clayton Trapp, age 86, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, formerly of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on July 31, 2011. She was born on January, 5, 1925 in Muscadine, Alabama. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ervin and Mae Clayton.
Ms. Trapp worked for many years in a torpedo factory during WWII and then retired from a textile and garment business in Providence, RI.
Ms. Trapp is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Diane Rice of Colorado Springs, CO; three grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and friends also survive.
Ms. Trapp is preceded in death by her parents; Ms. Trapp was the youngest and last survivor of eight brothers and sisters.
A graveside service for Ms. Trapp will be conducted on Saturday, August 6, 2011 at eleven o'clock in the morning in the Upper Cane Creek Cemetery, in Fruithurst, Alabama, with Rev. Timothy Lamb officiating.
Interment will follow in the Upper Cane Creek Cemetery.
