Mr. Eual Virgil Ayers, age 75 of Cedartown passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2006. He was born on May 13, 1931 in Haralson County.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Ayers and Inez Ayers.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Ayers; daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy Ayers Wilson and Perry Wilson and Carol Ayers Rainey and Ken Rainey. Also surviving are grandchildren, Lee Wilson and Shalon Wilson, Heather Wilson, Anna Rainey and Bryson Rainey; and a great granddaughter, Kade Wilson.

The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, September 30th at 11:00a.m. in the Chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Vines and Rev. Barry Snapp officiating. Interment will follow in Lee's Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery. Full Military Rites will be conducted by the Brewster-Cleveland Post # 86.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 29th from 5:00p.m. until 9:00p.m at Gammage Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Neil Vinson, Cecil Oliver, Leonard Miller, Kenneth Cupp, Lee Wilson and Bryson Rainey. Honorary Pallbearers are David Lorrens, Elmer Garrett, David Coleman, Chris Coleman, Homer Turner and Randy Fincher.
