Ms. Ethel Wheeler Richards, age 87, of Cedartown, passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2013. She was born on February 25, 1926 in Haralson County. She was the daughter of the late Henry D. Wheeler and Gertrude Pate Wheeler.

Ms. Richards is survived by her daughters, Janice Frady and Gail Swafford; sister, Effie Bradshaw; granddaughter, Angela Frady Moore (Brad) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ms. Richards is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edsel Lenwood Richards; sisters, Arnie Wright and Amy Phillips and brothers, Roy Wheeler and Bernard Wheeler.

A graveside service will be conducted for Ms. Richards on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at eleven o'clock in the morning at Polk Memory Gardens with Mr. James Thompson officiating.

The family of Ms. Richards will receive family and friends on Friday, August 30, 2013 from five o'clock in the evening until eight o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.
