Mrs. Estelle Ruby (Shaw) Henderson, age 91 of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Monday, December 15, 2025.  She was the daughter of the late Eli and Ida (Wilson) Shaw.

Estelle was one of seven children who grew up working the family's farm and caring for her three younger siblings.  Estelle was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker who valued her home and family.  She was an avid gardener with a green thumb and a love of flowers, particularly roses.  She was a talented self-taught painter, and left a number of paintings of flowers of many types and arrangements.  She was a devoted Elvis fan who loved his music.

Estelle is survived by her two children, Patti Lynn (Henderson) Puckett and husband Randy, of Cedar Bluff, Alabama and Steven Henderson of Cedartown; sisters, Grace Blake and Sara White; sister-in-law, Martha Shaw; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, great- nieces and great-nephews.

Estelle is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Boyd Henderson; brothers, Hugh Shaw, James Shaw and Charles Shaw; and sister, Irene (Shaw) Summerville Green.

Please join the family of Mrs. Henderson for a visitation and brief memorial on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 2-4pm at the Gammage Funeral Home.  There will be a private burial at Polk Memory Gardens Cemetery for immediate family following the visitation.
